Terms & Conditions
- The package price is net and non-commissionable (Excluded GST)
- Early check-in is subject to room availability in hotel and hotel may impose extra charge on guests for early check-in on room basis.
- 50% advance payment is required for confirmed package booking. Balance will be paid 07 days prior to arrival date. All payments must be deposited by cash/IMPS/NEFT/UPI. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
- Carry valid photo Address Proof at the time of check IN
- Extra Mattress will be provided for extra person.
- Cancellation before 30 days of arrival date, deposit amount will be returned after deducting 10% of complete package price of every person.
- Cancellation between 15 to 20 days of arrival date will result in 50% retention and rest will be returned.
- Cancellation between 15 days of arrival date will result retention of entire booking deposit i.e. no refunds.
- Hotel Check In Time : 12 PM & Check Out Time : 10 AM
- Resort Check In Time : 3 PM & Check Out Time : 10 AM
- Any changes in the package due to government orders, pandemic situations, political strikes, curfews, natural disasters, or delays in transportation (Train/Bus/Flight) will be made at an additional cost. All such additional expenses shall be borne by the guest only.
- Tour postponement charges are dynamic and vary based on the number of days remaining before travel — ranging from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 30% of the total package price. During peak season and long weekends, additional surcharges may apply, which will be borne by the guest.
- Guests are strictly not allowed to bring liquor from outside into the hotel or camp premises. Any alcoholic beverages must be purchased directly from the hotel or camp during their stay.
- In case of unforseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/cancelled.
- Guests are responsible for their own luggage throughout the tour. We cannot be held liable for any loss, misplacement, or theft.
- No refund will be provided for any unused accommodation, missed meals, sightseeing tours, or other services. Such unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable under any circumstances.
- The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing due to political strikes, roadblocks, monument maintenance, or sudden closures without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be provided for such unforeseen circumstances.
