Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. Bookings made for blackout dates and 31st December are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
